As per the latest study done by experts at Supermarket Car Insurance, a surprising fact has come up. The study found that the car insurance premiums are soaring high and the young motorists are at stake. The premium amount quoted for a 17 year old would be as high as $11K. Even the rest of the population is facing a steep increase in premiums but the younger ones are at stack. Average increase in premium rates for the adults is about 40% per year, but the drivers between ages 17-22, are facing an increase of about 65%.
