The None for the Road program is intended for individuals over the age of 24, with a DWI, and are applying for their first New Mexico license. If you are applying for your New Mexico driver license and have completed a similar program in another state then you can avoid taking the New Mexico version. If you need to take a None for the Road class, you can register online. The program isn’t controlled by the New Mexico MVD, but rather, the University of New Mexico Continuing Education
